Introduction to RoHS Compliance
At OVERTURE 3D Technologies, we are committed to providing safe and environmentally friendly products. As part of our dedication to sustainability and consumer safety, we adhere to the directives established by the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). The RoHS directives (2011/65/EU and the amendment (EU) 2015/863) place restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring that our products align with the highest safety standards.
Our 3D printer filaments are specifically formulated to meet these stringent regulations. We recognize the importance of minimizing the environmental impact of our products and safeguarding the health of our users. Thus, we want to inform our customers about our compliance with RoHS regulations and the steps we take to ensure our materials are free from hazardous substances.

To the best of our knowledge, the above-mentioned products do not intentionally include any substances restricted by RoHS regulations. Thus, these substances are not expected to be present in quantities exceeding the set thresholds. However, we acknowledge that trace amounts may inadvertently occur due to raw materials, auxiliaries, or additives.
It is important to note that specific analyses to measure these trace contaminants have not been conducted on either our raw materials or final products.
