To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our contact form page.
2. Click on "Cancel Order."
3. Log in with your registered email. 
4. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel". You may need to expand or collapse sections to find the specific order.

Important: Once shipping has been processed, your order can no longer be canceled. In that case, you can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
