How do I track my order?Updated 9 months ago

You can track your order in your account, in the contact form page or in your email inbox:

Through Your Account:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • You can track your order once the shipment information is available. Initially, the track button will not be visible. Please wait until the shipment details are updated.

Contact Form Page:

  • Visit our contact form page.
  • Click on "Track Order."
  • Log in using your account credentials.
  • Find the corresponding order and click "Track." You may need to fold/unfold orders to locate the specific one you are looking for.

Email Notifications:

  • After placing an order, you will receive emails from Shopify and Amazon Logistics.
  • Each email will contain a link with tracking information. 
  • For orders with multiple items, you may receive several shipment emails, each with its own tracking link.
